POLICIES & PROCEDURES
WE UNDERSTAND THAT UNANTICIPATED EVENTS HAPPEN OCCASIONALLY IN EVERYONE'S LIFE. IN OUR DESIRE TO BE EFFECTIVE AND FAIR TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS AND OUT OF CONSIDERATION FOR THERAPISTS' TIME, WE HAVE ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:
CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients who fail to provide a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule notice, on a repeat basis, will be required to keep a credit card on file, and will be charged a 25% rescheduling fee for each future occurrence.
NO-SHOW POLICY: Clients who repeatedly cancel/no-show will be required to keep a credit card on file for future appointments. In addition, a service charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fees, will be charged to the credit card on file for all subsequent no shows and/or cancellations.
LATE ARRIVALS: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
